A well-known software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Telesales Business Development Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide daily operations management of inbound and outbound call response and lead qualification functions
- Manage a team of telesales business development representatives
- Create product, sales, and business function training programs
Position Requirements Include:
- Previous management experience
- Experience qualifying prospects and customers and an understanding of the sales cycle process
- Experience training professional sales staff, University degree in Business or equivalent
- Successful sales track record
