Job Summary

A marketing firm has a current position open for a Remote Teleservices Operations Supervisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting our client’s customers with one call problem-solving resolution
  • Leading a team of inbound and/or outbound agents
  • Focusing on staffing, staff attendance management, performance management, etc

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Thorough understanding of Contact Center operations
  • Ability to work in a quiet home office space
  • Understanding of and ability to execute inbound call programs
  • Ability to present ideas and to communicate in writing, through emails and reports, or orally
  • Ability to lead, build teams, motivate staff, and foster a positive and production work environment
