A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Temporary Benefits Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Quality auditing check all plan rates during Open Enrollment/Renewal process
  • Driving to specialize in certain tasks
  • Ability to successfully track time spent on tasks/activities and follow departmental protocols

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Benefit Administration Software and/or other HCM Benefits Administration technology solutions
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Strong and professional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and/or as a team
