Job Summary
A physician-led healthcare staffing company has an open position for a Remote Tennessee Licensed Registered Nurse Clinical Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting Nursing Supervisors in the listening audit process which will include focus reviews
- Researching client complaints that involve Telephone Nurse Consultants and report finding to VP of Operations
- Communicating problems and/or needs to the call center VP of Operations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Tennessee and other states as deemed necessary by state law or client contract
- Minimum Three years of call center experience meeting quality and productivity standards
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Strong communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Advanced assessment and teaching skills
- Understand and uphold the call center policies and procedures
