Job Summary
A teletherapy program needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Tennessee Social Worker.
Must be able to:
- Conduct virtual assessments to identify students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students through video conferencing platforms
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
Required Skills:
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
- Valid social work license or certification
- Experience working as a school-based social worker or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using virtual platforms and technology for remote counseling
- Strong understanding of child development, mental health issues, and trauma-informed care
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
