Remote Tennessee Social Worker

Job Summary

A teletherapy program needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Tennessee Social Worker.

Must be able to:

• Conduct virtual assessments to identify students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Provide individual and group counseling services to students through video conferencing platforms
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized support plans

Required Skills:

• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
• Valid social work license or certification
• Experience working as a school-based social worker or in a similar role
• Proficiency in using virtual platforms and technology for remote counseling
• Strong understanding of child development, mental health issues, and trauma-informed care
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
