Job Summary
An e-learning company has a current position open for a Remote Test Automation Engineering Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and inspire 8-12 engineers to deliver high-quality automated test solutions
- Manage and coach teams of engineers through challenges and career growth
- Ensure your team’s success by removing roadblocks, addressing conflicts, and operating as its champion
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years managing engineering teams
- 5+ years software engineering experience developing web and API applications, with a preference for enterprise SaaS
- Highly experienced at organizing agile software teams to deliver high-quality software
- Demonstrated coding and design proficiency in at least one modern programming language and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication
