Remote Test Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading enterprise testing efforts remotely, the contract Remote Test Program Manager will oversee the testing lifecycle for multiple Oracle Fusion programs, focusing on strategy development, execution oversight, and vendor management.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle for Oracle Fusion Central, Fusion Local (HSB), and Quarter in Arrears programs
• Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and documentation, emphasizing Fusion Local
• Oversee and coordinate third-party testing resources while ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in testing, QA leadership, or test program management
• Experience leading testing for Oracle Fusion / Oracle ERP programs
• Strong understanding of financial or enterprise business processes
• Proven experience managing vendors or external testing partners
• Excellent stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting skills
