Job Summary

A testing services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Testing Client Services Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing daily customer service support to clients
  • Proofreading and editing publications related to candidate materials
  • Providing timely resolution of client inquiries and complaints through use of electronic ticketing system

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of client management or customer service experience
  • Must have excellent time management and customer service skills
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Windows-based applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) is required
  • Must have excellent proofreading, language and editing skills
