Job Summary
A testing services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Testing Client Services Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing daily customer service support to clients
- Proofreading and editing publications related to candidate materials
- Providing timely resolution of client inquiries and complaints through use of electronic ticketing system
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of client management or customer service experience
- Must have excellent time management and customer service skills
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Windows-based applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) is required
- Must have excellent proofreading, language and editing skills
