Job Summary

A patient engagement solutions organization is seeking a Remote Texas Licensed Behavioral Health Program Psychiatrist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Participates in weekly caseload reviews of the beneficiary’s treatment plan and clinical status
• Advises the billing practitioner and behavioral health care manager regarding diagnoses
• Indicates options for resolving issues with beneficiary adherence and tolerance of behavioral health

Required Skills:

• Current, unrestricted MD (or DO) license in Texas State to practice Psychiatry
• Proficiency with electronic health records and web based applications
• Self-directed, able to work independently with little supervision while meeting performance metrics
• Strong telephonic skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
