Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Remote Texas Registered Nurse Case Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing care management within the scope of licensure
- Engaging with members (outbound calls and emails) to assess their health
- Identifying appropriate interventions and resources
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in health related field with at least 3 years of clinical experience
- Active and unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse in Texas
- Eligibility for licensure in any US state
- Comfortable with modern web applications
