Job Summary

A mental health care company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Therapist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting the mental and physical health care of an assigned member panel through a digital health platform
• Developing, implementing & updating care plans that include biopsychosocial factors, crisis-prevention & medical behavioral integration for physical health needs
• Coordinating care with the member’s healthcare team including primary care providers, psychiatrists & other mental health providers

Qualifications Include:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Psychologist (LP)
• A minimum of 2 years providing care for patients with mental health needs
• Familiarity, comfort, and confidence with technology and start-up culture
• Tech-savviness is a must
• Comfort and confidence navigating multiple applications such as Doxy.me, Google Suite, ZOOM, etc
