Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Therapy Care Pharmacist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Collecting and assessing clinical data
• Implementing and monitoring care plans
• Dispensing prescription medications and supplies

Required Skills:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or R.Ph with relevant clinical experience
• Applicable active state licensure
• Post graduate residency and/or training
• Basic to intermediate efficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to act as a subject matter expert and clinical knowledge resource
