Job Summary

A healthcare company providing specialized therapy management programs is filling a position for a Remote Therapy Care Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Act as single point of contact for specialty patients & liaison with branch personnel to coordinate timely medication dispense & delivery
• Work under supervision of specialty pharmacist and/or branch pharmacist to input new prescription data, refills & capture data
• Manage patient schedule for dispense, delivery and assessment

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pharmacy Technician Licensure in SoleRx’s home state and state of Therapy Care Specialist’s Residence
• Registered/Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), or as required by the BOP
• Current registration and ACPE requirements are met
• Prior experience in home infusion and/or specialty pharmacy preferred Excellent customer service skills
