Job Summary
A health, wellness and fitness company is seeking a Remote Therapy Training Designer in New York City Metro Area.
Must be able to:
- Creatively assess how trainers are utilized within the therapy workflow
- Define and manage team budget for new development programming
- Bring programming to life by identifying, booking, scheduling, measuring the efficacy of, managing and iterating on all components of new workflow
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of work experience in a combination of strategy and operations roles (strategy consulting, business operations, logistics, or equivalent fields)
- 2+ years experience using user-centered design process
- Proven deep creativity —you think outside of the box with ability to bring an entirely new method of "clinical training" to life
- Ability to quickly understand complex systems and identify pain points throughout
- Well-versed in user research with ability to outline and bring to life creative takes on user researching clinical efficacy of content
- Demonstrated passion about mental wellness
