Job Summary
A company that provides third-party administration and actuarial services for 401(k) plans, defined benefit, and cash balance plans has a current position open for a Remote Third Party Administration and Actuarial Services 401k Distribution Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying loan defaults and MRDs from reports online or provided by plan sponsors
- Assisting participants, clients, and/or financial advisors with distribution and loan issues/inquiries
- Updating account managers, management, and plan sponsors as necessary on requests and progress
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, office systems and record keeping
- Working knowledge or ability to quickly grasp concepts of reading, reviewing and understanding plan documents
- Knowledge of modern business communication, including style and format of letters, memorandum, minutes and reports
- Skill to use a personal computer and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
