Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Third Party Billing Center Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable functions to include intake, billing, cash and collections for multiple locations
- Manage Supervisors and staff. Conducts performance evaluations and employee discipline
- Manage, train and motivates employees/supervisors who report directly to him/her
Qualifications for this position include:
- B.S. Degree Finance, Accounting or 5 years or more Healthcare revenue cycle experience
- Stellar oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- One year billing center manager or three years supervisory experience preferred in multi-site organization
- Experience with healthcare billing system solutions and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Computer skills
