Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Third Party Risk Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Establish & maintain vendor management program to ensure effective vendor oversight that aligns with the company’s goals
- Analyze the vendor management program & applicable regulatory requirements & identify, recommend & implement improvements
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company needs
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 7 years experience in a vendor management or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive knowledge of the financial services industry, including information security & regulatory requirements
- Thorough experience with risk management and audit practices for financial institutions
- Familiarity with various types of contractual relationships, including technology, lead generation, correspondent lender, etc
