Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Third Party Risk Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Establish & maintain vendor management program to ensure effective vendor oversight that aligns with the company’s goals
  • Analyze the vendor management program & applicable regulatory requirements & identify, recommend & implement improvements
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company needs

Position Requirements Include:

  • Minimum 7 years experience in a vendor management or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the financial services industry, including information security & regulatory requirements
  • Thorough experience with risk management and audit practices for financial institutions
  • Familiarity with various types of contractual relationships, including technology, lead generation, correspondent lender, etc
