Job Summary
A cybersecurity company is filling a position for a Remote Threat Detection Senior Python Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing core components of our Dragos Platform written in python
- Writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code
- Designing and developing highly scalable engines to support analytics used to detect cyber threat activity
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Hands on experience with Elastic Stack, including Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana
- 5+ years in software development interpreted languages such as Python
- Knowledge of software development principles and agile methodology
- Experience with basic Linux administration and shell scripting
- Demonstrated proficiency with JSON APIs
- Experience with Python module development
