Job Summary
A telecommunications service company has a current position open for a Remote Threat Hunter Information Security Engineer II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing technical analysis of threat hunts with actionable recommendations
- Assisting with long-term and short-term cyber threat hunting investigations
- Utilizing threat intelligence to create hypotheses and conduct formal threat hunting in the corporate environment
Position Requirements Include:
- Knowledge of current and emerging technologies
- Candidate must possess, or be willing to pursue, applicable professional/technical certifications
- Oral and written communication skills and comfort with presenting technical issues
- Analytical and problem-solving skills related to networking, operating systems, and malware analysis
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
