A cybersecurity software company has an open position for a Remote Threat Infrastructure Engineering Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Building and leading outstanding, highly technical teams
• Setting clear goals and directions, and providing regular feedback on team members’ performance
• Building and delivering scalable, simple technical solutions

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in leadership in a large IT organization
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Data pipelines design or heavy consumer of data science tooling and infrastructure
• Have a strong engineering background and are interested in scaled data systems
• Have experience architecting distributed systems built with open source tools
• Have experience building libraries and tooling that provide beautiful abstractions to users
• Have experience leading teams responsible for tooling such as Kafka, Flink, Airflow
