A cyber security company has an open position for a Remote Threat Intelligence Platform Professional Services and Training Director in Arlington.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing of a team of employees
- Managing, finalizing, and scoping out Statements of Work
- Ensuring customers are receiving the highest levels of service from other departments
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Excellent knowledge of client services
- 5+ years working customer experience in services and/or training in computer network security
- Experience in managing resources, scaling and maintaining, and deploying a structured program
