Remote Threat Research Director in Boulder

Job Summary

A cybersecurity company has an open position for a Remote Threat Research Director in Boulder.

Must be able to:

• Plan and prioritize work based on the rapidly changing threat landscape
• Foster a collaborative work environment across the VMWare Security Business Unit
• Collaborate closely with the group's many stakeholders, balancing Threat Research business needs

Qualifications Include:

• Experience managing a virtual/geographically distributed engineering team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, working well with Program and Product managers
• Minimum of 7 years of managing threat research teams
• B.S. in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent infosec experience
• Familiar with a range of tools and technologies required for development across Windows, Linux and Mac
