A software development company specializing in customer service and engagement is seeking a Remote Ticketing Product Staff Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Solving challenges across the web stack
  • Participating in team discussions and code reviews to help craft our work, our process and our impact on our product and our customers
  • Making a complex ticketing system easy to understand and customizable to serve a multitude of customer needs

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Practical web development skills you are able to apply in a large, well-established code ecosystem.
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks, especially React using Redux and Apollo Client
  • Empathy and communication skills to make sure you and those around you have a clear understanding of what we are trying to accomplish.
  • Eagerness to collaborate with others across the company to find the best solution. You will have amazing coworkers and the optimal path to success involves learning from and utilizing their expertise.
