Job Summary

A training company has a current position open for a Remote Tier 1 and 2 Support Team Member.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding to student inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Making recommendations based on a student's interests and history
  • Collecting feedback and making recommendations for improvements and changes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • At least 1-3 years of working in customer service
  • Must have experience in communicating with customers on phone, email, and chat
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Empathetic, patient, and compassionate
