Job Summary
A training company has a current position open for a Remote Tier 1 and 2 Support Team Member.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to student inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Making recommendations based on a student's interests and history
- Collecting feedback and making recommendations for improvements and changes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- At least 1-3 years of working in customer service
- Must have experience in communicating with customers on phone, email, and chat
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Empathetic, patient, and compassionate
