Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Tier 1 Customer Support Agent .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Escalate issues to other team members to ensure quick and efficient replies
  • Assist customers via chat and email
  • Identify customer needs and guide them to our support articles and tutorials

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Broad understanding of Mac computers
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Experience with support ticketing software a plus
  • Own a Mac Computer (laptop or desktop)
  • Willingness to work some hours outside the typical 9-5 office hours (nights and weekends)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
