Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Tier 1 Customer Support Agent .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Escalate issues to other team members to ensure quick and efficient replies
- Assist customers via chat and email
- Identify customer needs and guide them to our support articles and tutorials
Qualifications for this position include:
- Broad understanding of Mac computers
- Proven customer support experience
- Experience with support ticketing software a plus
- Own a Mac Computer (laptop or desktop)
- Willingness to work some hours outside the typical 9-5 office hours (nights and weekends)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
