Job Summary
An educational technology development company is seeking a Remote Tier 1 Customer Support Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing technical support to company customers
- Creating and tracking support tickets for each issue with a high level of detail
- Interacting with support teams aimed at working toward problem resolution
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1+ years experience using Google suite products
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience working in the Customer Service field
