Job Summary

An educational technology development company is seeking a Remote Tier 1 Customer Support Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing technical support to company customers
  • Creating and tracking support tickets for each issue with a high level of detail
  • Interacting with support teams aimed at working toward problem resolution

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1+ years experience using Google suite products
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience working in the Customer Service field
