Job Summary
A healthcare provider has an open position for a Remote Tier 1 Healthcare Customer Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Collect pertinent information from customers
- Participate in weekly urgent shift rotations after three months in the role
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira & Looker platforms is recommended
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service, customer-facing or healthcare environment preferred
