Job Summary
A management services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Tier 1 Help Desk Specialist .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Taking incoming calls from Vendor Support Center contract holders
- Supporting the Schedules Input Program (SIP)
- Supporting other internal applications such as FAS Sales Reporting, PO Portal, GSA Advantage and GSA e-Buy
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must have good usable knowledge of MS Office
- Must be a US Citizen and CLEARABLE
- 1-2 years relevant experience in help desk support
- Tier one phone support with an excellent phone demeanor
- Must be able to stay on work task while working remote
- Must have high speed internet, land line phone at home and a headset
