Job Summary

A management services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Tier 1 Help Desk Specialist .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Taking incoming calls from Vendor Support Center contract holders
  • Supporting the Schedules Input Program (SIP)
  • Supporting other internal applications such as FAS Sales Reporting, PO Portal, GSA Advantage and GSA e-Buy

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Must have good usable knowledge of MS Office
  • Must be a US Citizen and CLEARABLE
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in help desk support
  • Tier one phone support with an excellent phone demeanor
  • Must be able to stay on work task while working remote
  • Must have high speed internet, land line phone at home and a headset
