Job Summary

A technology and professional services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Tier 1 Help Desk Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting other internal applications such as FAS Sales Reporting
  • Supporting the Schedules Input Program (SIP)
  • Taking incoming calls from Vendor Support Center contract holders

Required Skills:

  • 1-2 years relevant experience in help desk support
  • Computer knowledge (equivalent to A+ certification)
  • Efficient with typing and speaking to users at the same time
  • Proficient in MS Office support
  • Tier one phone support with an excellent phone demeanor
