Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Tier 1 Network Support Technician.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Accurately documenting interactions while troubleshooting over the phone or via chat
  • Effectively communicating progress of incident resolution to customers
  • Providing 1st level technical support at the physical and network layers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to work first, second or third shift in a 24x7x365 environment
  • 1-2 years customer service experience required
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers through written and oral mediums
