Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 1 Service Desk Engineer (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user technical support via phone and email
- Troubleshoot a variety of technical issues and perform basic system administration tasks
- Escalate issues according to established SLAs and maintain strong customer service
Required Qualifications
- Experience in providing technical support in a service desk environment
- Familiarity with cloud-based technology, such as Office 365, is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle customer issues without supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Access to a car for potential onsite support as needed
