Job Summary

A telecommunications company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Tier 1 Service Provider Lead Customer Architect.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading pre-sales technical engagement with the customer, VAR's, product and technical presentations
  • Providing world class pre-sales customer engagement, influencing and technical sales support
  • Making technical sales-oriented presentations to customer's technical staff and senior management

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 50% US domestic travel
  • 10+ years experience in telecommunications with specific knowledge of fiber, copper access solutions and SDN
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills are required
  • Minimum 10 years experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with multiple audiences and levels within both internal and external organizations are required
