Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Tier 1 Support Healthcare Client Technical Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing outstanding Client Software support
- Responding to routine and emergency support calls
- Assisting with other various tasks for vendors, partners alike as needed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience specific to Customer Support and Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills and ability to speak clearly with technical as well as non-technical clients
- Ability to work in a fast paced multi product support environment
- Safeguarding sensitive information
- Highly analytical, intensive research and reconciliation skills
- PC, Internet and Microsoft Office experience
