Job Summary

Handling incoming customer calls, the full-time Remote Tier 1 Support Representative will provide initial troubleshooting and problem resolution while documenting tickets in the Salesforce tracking system, exclusively for candidates in the Pacific Standard Time Zone.

Key responsibilities
  • Process customer requests and incident reports while maintaining accurate documentation
  • Provide preliminary information for escalation to Tier 2 Associates as necessary
  • Build strong customer relationships and respond to inquiries efficiently and professionally
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in customer contact, technical support, or customer relations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft CRM, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
