Job Summary
Handling incoming customer calls, the full-time Remote Tier 1 Support Representative will provide initial troubleshooting and problem resolution while documenting tickets in the Salesforce tracking system, exclusively for candidates in the Pacific Standard Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer requests and incident reports while maintaining accurate documentation
- Provide preliminary information for escalation to Tier 2 Associates as necessary
- Build strong customer relationships and respond to inquiries efficiently and professionally
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in customer contact, technical support, or customer relations
- Proficiency with Microsoft CRM, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
