Job Summary
A software technology company has a current position open for a Remote Tier 1 Technical Support Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the ongoing daily maintenance of our primary software platform
- Maintaining testing service on customers' behalf from behind the scenes
- Documenting identifiable issues with steps to reproduce issues
