Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Tier 2 Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Interfacing with clients through weekly calls, meetings, and by generating client-specific reports
• Analyzing and triaging issues reported by clients
• Ensuring that the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of professional experience in a data analytics and reporting role
• 3 years of professional experience in data analysis
• Intermediate to Expert experience with SQL
• Expert experience with JIRA, including the ability to generate reports from Jira
