Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Tier 2 Application Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide customer technical support via omnichannel interactions
  • Utilize service desk platform
  • Triage customers reported incidents for severity, urgency, and content to ensure consistency and quality in case content

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of Support Center experience with SaaS products
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • Advanced proficiency with documenting cases by responding, troubleshooting, and resolving
  • Advanced technical aptitude to problem solve and understand complicated problem statements
