Job Summary
A digital customer engagement services company is filling a position for a Remote Tier 2 eCommerce Customer Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Provide Customer Support via Zendesk ticketing system
- Provide Customer Support via live chat
- Provide Phone Support
Position Requirements Include:
- Previous customer support experience
- Comfortable using multiple screens/windows admin tools
- Mastery of the written word (grammar, spelling, punctuation)
