A digital customer engagement services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Tier 2 Fashion Brand Phones and Email Customer Support Agent.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping customers with product information and their order issues
- Assisting and guiding customers to the right answers
- Conducting discussions with eloquence and deep customer concern
Qualifications for this position include:
- Has a quiet work environment for incoming calls
- Knows how to utilize open ended questions to understand any problems and concerns
- Is available a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Willing to work on weekends
