Job Summary

A IT service management company is in need of a Remote Tier 2 Infrastructure Support Engineer in Burbank.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Building, maintaining and deploying system images
  • Installing, assembling and configuring Windows servers
  • Installing, configuring and upgrading operating systems and software

Qualifications Include:

  • Possess valid and clear driver license
  • 3-5 years helpdesk or remote telephone support
  • 5+ years of related work experience in consulting or MSP area
  • Experience with supporting Microsoft/Windows environment
  • 3-5 years of experience with Exchange and Active Directory
  • Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP
