Job Summary
A healthcare business service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Tier 2 Patient Access Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line phone in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
- Accurately schedule appointments for multiple clinical sites according to protocols established by the client
- Assist callers and navigate them to appropriate resource as needed
Qualifications Include:
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- At least 6 months experience in a customer/patient service environment
- Must have met performance incentives in the months of March, April, and May
