Job Summary
An advanced data analytics company has an open position for a Remote Tier 2 Product Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot higher complexity end user issues (Tier 2) via phone call, email, and chat
- Optimize ticket forms and processes for higher resolution efficiency and better data capture
- Build reports and dashboards for management teams to analyze technical ticket data
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years experience in tier 2 product software support
- Some programming knowledge or experience
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zendesk or similar
- Experience handling time-sensitive, pressure-intensive customer issues
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
