Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Tier 2 Software Customer Support Representative in Jacksonville.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Recognizing both basic and advanced problems, conducts research, provides resolution and follow up
  • Providing application support relating to software functionality, incident resolution and systems configuration
  • Logging and tracking calls using CRM, maintains incident history and related problem documentation

Qualifications Include:

  • Able to clearly explain complex information and technical terms in a simplified manner
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of SQL queries and relational databases
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • A creative problem solver who is passionate about ensuring customers are successful
  • 2-5 years' prior experience in a technical support or professional services role supporting complex SaaS solution(s) for Enterprise B2B customers
