A software technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Research for the root cause
- Work closely with Tier 1+2 support and CS agents
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B customer service/support setting
- Knowledge of SQL scripting
- Familiar with at least one of the following: Okta, Rippling, DataDog
- Proven experience with APIs
