A technology life cycle management organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Tier 3 X3950 X6 Backline Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Perform troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks
  • Ensure long term efficiency of the network via phone
  • Provide detailed action plans on hardware replacements

Required Skills:

  • Outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with common software and hardware
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting IBM X3650 Servers
