Job Summary
A technology life cycle management organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Tier 3 X3950 X6 Backline Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks
- Ensure long term efficiency of the network via phone
- Provide detailed action plans on hardware replacements

- Outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving and analytical skills
