Job Summary
A technology services provider has a current position open for a Remote Tier I Technology Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing account access support
- Logging user inquiries in Service Now and assign to the right groups internally before assigning to Tier 2 support
- Triaging inquiries by marketplace functions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school Diploma or GED
- Are receptive to training for business acumen adoption, service desk operational processes
- Able to provide general policy information supplied by the business owners and Tier 2 systems
