An educational services company is filling a position for a Remote Tier II Education Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Professionally managing customer relationships of a portfolio of assigned Tier 2 districts
- Using a hunter’s mindset to achieve targets
- Building and maintaining working relationships with key stakeholders
Required Skills:
- 4 years of direct client experience in a strategic CSM or sales role
- Experience with data reports and articulate data reports to stakeholders
- Experience with account portfolio planning, management, and prioritization
- Experience driving client adoption of technology or software solutions
- Knowledge of customer success best practices
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
