Job Summary

An educational services company is filling a position for a Remote Tier II Education Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Professionally managing customer relationships of a portfolio of assigned Tier 2 districts
  • Using a hunter’s mindset to achieve targets
  • Building and maintaining working relationships with key stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • 4 years of direct client experience in a strategic CSM or sales role
  • Experience with data reports and articulate data reports to stakeholders
  • Experience with account portfolio planning, management, and prioritization
  • Experience driving client adoption of technology or software solutions
  • Knowledge of customer success best practices
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
