Job Summary
An internet service company is in need of a Remote Tier II Network Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Participating in the support of the network
- Serving as first point of contact for any network related event
- Monitoring network infrastructure
Position Requirements Include:
- Occasional travel to the Boston office
- 3+ years of NOC or troubleshooting customer service experience
- Excellent network layer 1-3 experience
- Proven IT experience in managing professional networks and related devices
- Basic Linux system knowledge
- Knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco and Cisco-like devices
