Job Summary
An internet service provider is seeking a Remote Tier II Network Operations Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Participate in the 24/7 support of the network
- Monitor network infrastructure and resolve and/or escalate events
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal teams on complex/escalated technical issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Occasional travel to our downtown office
- Excellent network layer 1-3 experience
- 3+ years of NOC or troubleshooting customer service experience
- Basic Linux system knowledge
- Proven IT experience in managing professional networks
- Configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco and Cisco-like devices
