Job Summary
A company that provides subscription billing management needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Tier II Technical Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Exceeding customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics, and issue resolution targets
- Reproducing and reporting bugs to our development team
